This is the backend/API tier (Next.js route handlers + Postgres + Prisma). Health check: /api/health. Session: /api/me. The governed task engine lives at /api/tasks/[id]/actions.

The componentized UI is wired to these endpoints in the frontend phase (see COMPLETION_PLAN.md). Until then this page confirms the deployment is live.
